With two bedrooms, welcoming pets and benefiting from off site parking, it is an ideal base for exploring St Ives town, restaurants, galleries and beaches; all are only a short ten minute walk from the cottage.
On the ground floor there is a lounge with exposed stone walls and a log burner that is perfect for cosy evenings. Sky Q with Sky Entertainment Package available.
The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and dining area for four.
The staircase leads upstairs to two beautiful and bright double bedrooms also with exposed walls. The master bedroom enjoys distant views across the bay towards Godrevy Lighthouse.
The modern family shower room is on the first floor and comprises of shower, wash hand basin and WC.
The courtyard at the front of the property is the perfect place for a relaxing breakfast or early evening glass of wine. Patio furniture and a BBQ are provided.
