    On the first floor is a spacious light lounge with Smart TV. There is also an additional reading area for you to sit back and relax whilst enjoying a glass of wine. There is a small outside balcony.

    On the ground floor you will find a fabulous large open plan kitchen dining area. The kitchen is well equipped with a free standing fridge freezer and large range cooker – perfect for hosting a family get together.  There is also a dishwasher and washing machine.

    The dining area has a large table with seating for eight with a sofa and Smart TV.

  • Unwind

    The master bedroom on the top floor has stunning sea views across the Harbour and Porthminster Beach. There is ample storage, Smart TV and a couple of relaxing chairs to take in the view.

    Also on this floor is a bunk bed room with sea glimpses. ​On the second floor are two further fabulous bedrooms with ample storage. The first bedroom has a kingsize bed and the second bedroom has a zip and link bed to provide two single beds or a kingsize bed.  These beds can be configured to your own requirements.

    A family bathroom is also situated on this floor and has a bath with shower over, WC and wash hand basin.

    A further bathroom with double shower, WC and wash hand basin is located on the second floor.

    On the ground floor there is a WC with wash hand basin.
