This lovely holiday abode which has private parking and garden is just a five-minute walk to the centre of St Ives with its sandy beaches, restaurants, galleries and independent shops and yet in a quiet position with wonderful sea views across St Ives Bay and out to sea.
The sitting room and conservatory at Gwithian’s Reach are perfect for beachside living with spectacular views across St Ives Bay. The original character features blend with comfy seating, a TV, DVD, Playstation, and log burner, great for cosy nights in.
French doors lead from the conservatory onto a raised decked terrace to take advantage of the ever-changing views.
The kitchen and dining area has hand painted units, a SMEG electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge, microwave and espresso machine. The dining table seats up to six guests and there is a wall mounted TV above the table.
A handy outside utility room houses a washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge/freezer.
The three bedrooms are all on the first floor. The principal bedroom having a king size bed and panoramic sea views across St Ives Bay to Gwithian and Godrevy Lighthouse.
Bedroom two has a double bed and an en suite shower room with hand wash basin and WC.
The third bedroom has bunk beds.
As well as the ensuite bathroom off the second bedroom, there is a family bathroom has a shower over the bath, hand wash basin and WC.
Outside to the front of the house is gravelled private parking for two cars.
At the rear of Gwithian’s Reach, in addition to the large raised terrace with table and chairs gated stairs lead down to a garden and outside shower, handy for washing off the sand after a day on the beach. A gas barbeque is also provided along with a large storage shed useful for beach equipment.
