Situated off Treloyhan Avenue it is reached by a private lane with little or no traffic.
The lovely light and airy dual aspect lounge, with original floorboards, provides plenty of seating consisting of three large sofas and window seating. It has a large over mantle wall mounted TV with DVD Player and Playstation Games Console. There is also a gas fire for those long winter evenings.
The kitchen/diner is well equipped with gas hob, double oven, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. The large eight place dining table is perfect for the family get together.
Coastguard House has four good size bedrooms. Located on the first floor, the master bedroom has a superking bed with en-suite and views across the bay (for those who have to work, a desk is included with fantastic views). Two further bedrooms with twin bed are also located on this floor. There is a double bedroom with ensuite on the ground floor.
A great extra for guests is the use of two Harbour Hotel Spa passes, perfect for a relaxing stay.
There is a large shower room – perfect for rinsing those sandy toes and hanging up your wetsuits. There is an additional family wet room on the first floor and a separate WC on the ground floor.
