3 Sunday School Court is a beautiful, modern, two-bedroom Cornish holiday apartment on the ground floor and is the only one to offer a large private courtyard as well as benefiting from off-site parking for one car. In a superb central location, 3 Sunday School Court is the perfect place at any time of year to immerse yourself in everything that St Ives and the beautiful Cornish coastline has to offer.
To access the apartment there is a set of steps that lead up to the large private block paved courtyard. The outside dining furniture has seating for four and is an ideal place to unwind after a busy day with a glass of wine.
Double French doors open into the modern, contemporary open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area. This apartment has gas central heating and wooden flooring throughout. The lounge has two comfortable sofas, a footstool, a Smart TV and Wii games console, together with a selection of games and DVD’s. The dining area has a table and seating for four.
The kitchen has granite worktops and is fully equipped with oven, halogen hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, washer/dryer and slimline dishwasher. A Nespresso coffee machine is also provided.
The first bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobe, bedside cabinets and deep sill doubled glazed windows with Cornish fitted shutters. The second bedroom also has a deep sill and double glazed windows with Cornish fitted shutters, a fitted wardrobe and bedside tables. Zip and link beds provide two single beds or a super kingsize bed which can be configured to your own requirements.
The family bathroom has a shower, WC and wash hand basin with a mirrored storage cabinet.
The apartment offers a large private courtyard with a table and seating for four. Perfect to relax after a long day on the beach or a day exploring the many shops, cafes and restaurants that St Ives has to offer. There is also off site parking for one car.
