We made our escape to St Ives almost 20 years ago as a young family. We had always loved visiting but wanted to make St Ives our home. So, we took the leap and realised the first step of our dream with a gorgeous cottage in the Downalong area.

How we market your holiday home
With so much competition, marketing is a vital part of owning a holiday home in St Ives. We market each property using a selection of websites that offer access to a broad range of potential guests. Escape to St Ives also has a fully optimised website and your holiday home will have its own section which will include descriptions, photographs, calendar and online booking system.
All new properties are announced via our social media channels and featured on the website home page. With 60% of bookings coming directly via our website, your guests are getting the best possible price. This is achieved via strategic marketing planning, search engine optimisation, advertising and social media activity to drive traffic to our website. This means that our owners can sit back and relax knowing that everything is all taken care of.
Excellent administration and customer service
We are available 24 hours a day for your guests, offering friendly advice and handling any queries and issues. Plus, we have a reliable network of established tradesmen to handle any problems if they should arise.
We also provide the little extras to surprise and delight your guests, such as a bespoke welcome pack with a selection of Cornish Produce.
The highest standards of housekeeping
It’s essential to maintain the highest standards of Housekeeping and cleanliness, which is why we do it ourselves. We also inspect every property after it has been cleaned.
Our commission is 12% plus VAT. This covers all sales administration and any emergency call-outs whilst guests are staying at your Holiday Home. We won’t charge you to change a light bulb and there will never be any unexpected extras.

We understand that owners rely on us to maximise their return on investment but also recognise that your holiday home means so much more to you. We are always happy to allow for your own holiday needs at your property and do not restrict your personal use.
